Product Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a full-time Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a creative mind to the marketing team supporting content creation, branding, communications, events, and sales support. As a member of the Precision team, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
This position is based on location in Madison, CT

Major Duties and Responsibilities
•Create and manage Precision’s digital media presence through social media channels, email campaigns, newsletters, press releases, webinars, and general web content.
•Manage the company website, ensuring up-to-date information, product images, and news/events.
•Create, edit, proofread, and ensure accuracy of customer-facing digital and print communications and content, including but not limited to product manuals and facility guides, brochures and datasheets, and graphics.
•Coordinate and execute company events, including user meetings, trainings, conferences, and social gatherings, working with product management, sales, and the applications team to recruit internal and external speakers for events.
•Build and analyze performance reporting for marketing campaigns, content, and other marketing activities.
•Create product/service training material and educate commercial team about content marketing.
•Work with cross-functional teams to execute product launches, ensuring all tasks are planned and completed based on the given timeline.
•Communicate critical market needs and time requirements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
•3-5 years previous experience in a marketing role
•Strong creative instincts with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple, user-friendly, visually effective ideas.
•Experience with integrated promotional campaigns, digital marketing, social media, and content distribution
•Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or a similar graphics design program
•Experience with web-site design and/or management including Google AdWords and SEO
•Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while understanding competing priorities and timelines
•A self-motivated team player that is able to work independently
•Project/Product management experience is highly preferred
•Fluent in English, verbally and written
