Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a creative mind to oversee marketing, content creation, branding, communications, events, and sales support. As a member of the Precision team, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
This position is based on location in Madison, CT
Travel – 25%
Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Create, edit, proofread, and ensure accuracy of customer-facing digital and print communications and content, including but not limited to product manuals, brochures, newsletters, press releases, and general web content
• Create and manage Precision’s social media presence
• Build and analyze performance reporting for marketing campaigns, content, and other marketing activities
• Create product/service training material and educate commercial team about content marketing
• Assist in the coordination of company events, including social gatherings, trainings, and conferences
• Organize webinar calendar and user group meetings and work with product management, sales, and applications team to recruit internal and external speakers for these events
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute product launches ensuring all tasks are planned and completed based on the given timeline
• Plan and execute marketing strategies tailored to the specific trends and targets for Go-to market success
• Communicate critical market needs and time requirements to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Skills
• 3-5 years previous experience in a marketing role, with a preference for those skilled in digital content marketing
• Project management experience is highly preferred
• Experience with integrated promotional campaigns, digital marketing, social media, and content distribution
• Experience with web-site design and/or management
• Strong creative instincts with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple, user-friendly, visually effective ideas.
• Excellent communicator including verbal, written and presentation skills
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, CRM, QMS
• Expert in Google AdWords, SEO management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while understanding competing priorities and timelines
• A self-motivated team player that is able to work independently
• Fluent in English, verbally and written. Other languages are a benefit.
